In using the courts you warrant that you are fit to play.

Persons must not be under the influence of alcohol or other drugs while on site.

Alcohol consumption on site is prohibited

The tennis courts are provided for the private recreational use of paying customers. No commercial activities may be conducted on the courts. That is coaching services and commercially organised competitions are not permitted.

Court hire if for $33 (AUD) per hour inclusive of GST. Customers must exit the court at the conclusion of their booking. Use of the courts for any period exceeding the booking will be charged to the customer in half hour intervals at the hour rates. The customer hereby consents to these charges in the event they use the court outside of the booking. Use of other courts (other than those booked and paid for) is strictly prohibited. Unauthorised use of courts will also be charged to the customer at the usual hourly rates.

Children under 5 are not permitted on the Courts. Children must be supervised at all times whilst in the premises.

No food or drink is to be taken onto the playing area and all rubbish is to be removed from the courts precinct.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas.

No animals are allowed at the courts.

Tennis shoes or similar non-marking footwear must be worn when using the courts.

Tennis court users must not create any noise which might interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of neighbouring residents

The customer who made the booking is responsible for supervising the conduct of their guests. Any damage to property by the customer or any of their guests will be charged back to the customer under whose name the booking was made

You release Little Alfred Tennis Centre and all its agents and officers from any liability arising from your hire of the courts including any injury or illness suffered or damage to property.

You indemnify Little Alfred Tennis centre in relation to any loss or damage to it or to any third party arising from your use of the Courts.

Court Fee

The court hire fee is $33 (AUD) per hour with a minimum of 1 hour booking. Most people find that 1 hour is not enough. We recommend you book 2 hours. Go to the “Book and Pay Online” section to making a booking.

If you want to play at a regular time every week, you can make a regular booking a month in advance. The benefit of making a regular booking is that this reserves your spot. Regular bookings take priority over casual bookings. If you have a casual booking that is affected by a regular booking we will notify you and find you a suitable alternative booking time and Court.

You can select which Court you play on based on your individual preferences. All Courts have the same surface and are the same price. However, people have particular preferences based on distance from the car park, amenities or privacy. Court 3 is the most secluded and some people prefer it for its privacy. Court 2 is adjacent to the change rooms. Court 1 is closest to the car park. All have the same flood lighting for night play.

You can cancel your booking at any time prior to the start of the booking. If you cancel, we will give you credit for an equivalent booking so you can reschedule. If you don’t wish to reschedule and require a refund, please contact us and we will arrange it.
